“Comfort & Fun for the whole family”
Perfect vacation home for a family reunion. Lots of room to spread out and great sleeping arrangements. We cooked a holiday dinner in the well equipped kitchen. Actually the best equipped home we have ever rented. Since it was cooler temps, we really enjoyed the fire pit. Brought our boat and had great luck fishing which is iffy this time of year. Nice to be able to bring the doggie. Topsail has a lot going for itself so there are things to do other than relax, go to the beach and surf fish. The owners are terrific to work with - quick to respond and very accommodating. We highly recommend Above and Beyond.

“Wonderful and well appointed”
Our stay at Above and Beyond was just perfect. We had plenty of room for the teenagers to hang out downstairs while the adults had room on the porches and upstairs. The location is perfect, being right on the canal, allowed us to bring our jetski, fish from the dock and enjoy the yard. Meanwhile we were a quick walk to beach access. The house had absolutely everything you could need, every kitchen supply, starter supplies of cleaning solutions and all linens to save on space in the car. Helen, the owner, was a pleasure to work with. She provided the perfect amount of communication. We were there during a tropical storm/hurricane and she was surrounded to make sure we were safe. Our family and friends will definitely stay here again

“Truly "Above & Beyond" treatment!”
We were so impressed with this rental from the time we entered the home. The first thing you notice when coming in is the game room equipt with a full size ping pong table. Downstairs had everything we needed for a full day at the beach (chairs, umbrellas, wagon, toys...) or a relaxing day at the house(grill, floats, fully accessible covered deck on the canal with running water!) Upstairs had everything ready for us to go, from drinks and chips to spices. I have never said I overpack, but the way the owners prepare everything for you, all you need is your clothes, toiletries and a quick trip to the grocery. Everything else is provided! The owners made me feel so welcome and this was also the only place I have ever found that welcomed my dog...(he's a great dane and most rentals discourage big dogs) By the end of the week even he felt at home. I wish I could post pictures in my review they would show so much more than words can express. We cannot wait to book again next year! We would highly recommend for anyone looking to take their dogs and family to the beach to rent Above and Beyond. It is one rental you that will make you feel more like family than a visitor.
